Now in the quarter finals Judd Trump beat Shaun Murphy 6-4 last night.

Sadly no Ronnie O'Sullivan, he is 'protecting his mental health'.

Whilst not a Trump fan, that was an epic clearance 55 points behind with 2 reds on cushions.

The shot from yellow to move the last red was incredible

Now starting to miss a bit. Will probably still win though.

Allen did play well and got Higgins in a couple of quite amusing snookers. For the first one, Higgins had to make his cue about 11 feet long. I thought he might just say to the ref "I give up".

Good to see that cheating tt Higgins get bumped out, Mark Allen was really on it.

If he plays like that tomorrow against Trump I fancy him for the title, Trump can't win them all.
:cough: biggrin

Well played Mark Allen, a stellar performance even though Trump was not playing to his usual standard.
He wasn't - but Allen played really well.
