Ryder Cup 2025

Anyone going?
I was lucky enough to get tickets for the Saturday so my best mate and I are taking our partners for 5 days in New York and leaving them to go sightseeing while we are at the golf.
Ironically, this will be the first time in many years I won’t be able to watch much of the action on the other days, as I think my wife will go mental if suggest we’re spending most of Friday and Sunday in a Sport’s bar watching golf!
If anyone has any recommendations for travel from NYC to Bethpage or for Sport’s bars near Central Park South then that would be great!

Was offered a freebie through work which I declined, and then free tickets and accomodation through a friend who's brother in law has a place in the Hamptons, so would have been flights/spending only, and again had to decline.
Will be great, and would love to go, as turned down a freebie to Rome last time as well, but would prefer to do with mates, so may consider Adare Manor if I can get tickets.
A friend went to Rome and said the atmosphere at the course was fantastic, but other than that I down think he was blown away by the whole trip as too many people, etc, etc.

We did Celtic Manor in 2010 which was interrupted/slightly spoilt by the weather etc, but still a great atmosphere - it will clearly be very busy and we won’t see as much golf as on TV, but I felt it was worth doing once, particularly when we can have a few days in New York too. Will be great, and would love to go, as turned down a freebie to Rome last time as well, but would prefer to do with mates, so may consider Adare Manor if I can get tickets.
