Just thought I would start things off. Can't wait for it to start being a sports fan. For me the track and field events plus the rowing are what I will be following the most.woohoo

Love watching the Olympics, but I prefer watching all the other sports other than track and field, it's nice to see other sports that don't get much (if any TV coverage) other than at the Olympics.
Looking forward to the Swimming, Diving, Cycling and Shooting

Glad I work for myself from home, so that I can work my own hours.

"Costs are running at some $43 billion."

Amateurs, we will thrash them when it's our turn!

I can't bloody wait! It's the only sporting event I look forward to, and it only comes round every 4 years. Boxing I don't care too much about, but most of the rest I'll watch avidly.

I meant rub my hands with my penis. It's called Bastermating; I hope to reverse my poor eyesight in as little as 3 years.

Yep.

Lol at the US making a Sudanese orphan carry their flag, if only the Chinese would bring out Iraqi and Afghani families. Would love to see Bush's face.

I know it's another 4 years away, but this ceremony will put us (the UK) well and truly to shame, guaranteed!

It won't be a celebration of Englishness. It'll be a celebration of our ethnic diversity. Therefore, it'll be a cop out and be a slavish nod to every single other country's culture. It'll be the Inclusive Olympics. You know it, I know it.
