UFC - Evan Tanner RIP

The same weekend as UFC88 Evan Tanner was reported missing on Friday.

His body was discovered and identified over the weekend.

Sad loss to MMA & UFC, although he hasn't had good form in recent years, he played a huge part in gaining popularity of UFC.

His title fight against Rich Franklin was one of the first UFC fights I saw, it was repeated countless times on Bravo. What a war!

He had a pretty strange/different life compared to most people and the way that he died seems to have carried on in that vein.

As the title says – RIP.

No way...shocked.
He was always a fave of mine, a true warrior with the right attitude.

It was always exciting to watch him fight. Used to be a big favourite of mine before he took a break from fighting.

Very sad news.
