BMI Target

Hey folks,

Couldn't find a better place to put this..

I'm 5'10"; could anyone with a chart tell me what I need to weigh in Stone/Pounds to have a BMI of 28, and a BMI of 30?

Why would you want a BMI of 28? It's 25 you want to be aiming for if you care about these things.
