I must preface this post by saying that I am not a football fan other than of big match games. I must also say well done to Chelsea for winning today's match. BUT. I wonder if their haul of trophies since Abramovitch took over and poured more money into it than one can imagine is a bit on the low side. Does this decisively prove that the money is not the solution and the Chelsea Experiment has failed?

Yes, as a long term solution. It bought a couple of Premiership titles though.
