0-5-1 and now down by two goals in the second period in their seventh game.

I guess no Stanley Cup for us, eh?

Suprise suprise, who have they got to lead the team? No big name players what so ever, not even the excuse of trying to build from youth! Need to bring some better players in to get anywhere really, or at least get some youth in to try and build.

They need to burn the organization to the ground and start from there.

0-7-1

Worst start ever.

Go Leafs go.

Yeah, having one of the best goaltenders in the league doesn't hurt, does it?

Maybe Harrold and Peter should have traded teams years ago.... If that story is true...... Hard to believe anything that Peter Puck says.

I was flabbergasted when I heard that, how epic would that have been?

Ice hockey, NHL. Toronto Maple Leafs.

One of the greatest teams in the sport's history, however they last won the Stanley Cup (the champions trophy) in 1967 and are a bit st. The off-season saw substantial changes in coaching staff and the style of players in an attempt to shake things up. It's not gone well.

The most exciting part about Leafs games is now seeing if the opposing team will make it to double digits.

Carrying the great traditions of Toronto Pro-Sports franchises.

I hope we get the Pan-Am games though…

Update!
Two wins in a row, including first win at home this season, a 5-1 blowout of the Detroit Redwings!

Healthy goaltender gaining confidence (Gustavsson) and sniper (Kessel) back in lineup, false hope activated.

Then everyone will be pissed off again after that 5-2 drubbing at the hands of the Wild, I assume.

It's funny, lacrosse is the national sport (technically), but you can guess what really matters to people.
