Just seen a photo of this in the paper, how odd.

IIRC the leading bus in the convoy, the one that the gunmen opened fire upon first, was the one carrying all the players luggage etc?
This may be a tad far fetched, but could the bus still be being held by the police or something and he hasn't been able to get his personal kit back yet?
