Champions League knock out rounds fixture query

does anyone know why the 1st legs are being spread out over 16th & 17th and 23rd & 24th Feb with the 2nd legs 9th & 10th and 16th & 17th March?

is it a TV revenue thing?

I knew the Chelsea game would have to be put back a week after both they and Man Utd drew the Milan clubs in Italy for the first leg, but not sure why they've then decided to stagger some of the other games so there's 4 games per week.....

Could well be a Tv money thing then.
