So who is the ttty Yank commentator on the local coverage of the Accenture on Sky at the moment?

He keep referring to Poulter as Poult's'er and it is really starting to grate.

Plus, example commentary - Poults' drive on the fourth hole after Casey has hit into a bunker:

"Poultser has hit a perfect drive there, bisecting the two fairway bunkers"
Poults' ball rolls into one of the bunkers.
"Oh, maybe not".

Yeah I agree - he's obviously in there as the token Yank from the host broadcaster, as everyone else in the booth is top notch - Ewen and Bruce (surely the dogs nuts of golf commentators now that Peter Alliss is going slightly mad and only on twice a year) and I like Craig Perks' insights also.

swankfield or whatever his name is just sounds like a smarmy game show host out of his depth.

Awesome coverage generally, amazing golf course and an intriguing championship match. Anyone who thinks that golf isn't a sport should look at how ripped Casey and Villegas are.
