If he can get into Erdington there's UTC above Blockbuster, Related to Paul Taylor.

Failing that there is another MMA Gym in Acocks Green the other side of Birmingham.

Moved away from Willenhall a few years ago so don't know what Gyms are round there.

Bit closer to Willenhall are Gracie Barra Walsall/Eclipse Martial Arts and Simkins Martial Arts in Walsall town centre.

Both good places with quality coaches:

Tell him for God's sake stay away from D-Tec MMA, total joker in charge of the place.

Fame at last smile

Was just searching EFN for some of the more spectacular examples of idiocy & treachery from the guy behind D-Tec, posts as rjd, but I think the search itself says enough:

not good

Hi!

Sorry for the delay.

Another poster mentioned UTC....well, as far as I am aware, Paul Kelly's original gym (which I believe to still be open) is only a few minutes from Willenhall, in Bloxwich.

Can't remember for the life of me what it's called though....best to call UTC and ask for the number.

UTC is outrageously expensive though, as an aside.

Easy to get the Pauls confused, 26 seconds inwink

Would be amusing to ring Taylor's gym asking for the number for Kelly's place though smile

Oops smile

The two camps regularly spar together, so I reckon they'd be quite helpful actually smile

Anyone know of a good gym round Loughbrough way? My brother wants to start a discipline (but not that fussy about what). Is Stealth in Coalville any good?

Right,

Here's the number of a guy and his wife who teach kickboxing in that area. They definitely have classes in Lough.

They're really lovely and will certainly look after your brother: 07968 031552

Cheers - he's just after fitness and not much else... Wants some skills I think, but nothing amazing. What's the guys name?

Dan Maguire (sp?).

His classes are perfect for your brother's needs.
