Does anybody know if/when the final round of the PDL with Phil Taylor's record breaking two 9 darters will be repeated on Sky Sports?

I've tried googling but just can't get an answer, I'm sure that it will be on you tube but would rather watch a higher definition version rather than several 10 minute clips.

It's on now on SS1. Doesn't finish 'til 4 so you've probably only missed the semi-finals and not the important bit.

It's on again at 7pm on SS2.

The leg after the second 9-darter was quite special too.

I never expected Stephen Fry to be a darts fan somehow?

Amazing game, Taylor is now without a shadow of a doubt the greatest to play the game, Wade was also fantastic think he finished with about 100 average and just would not give in he would have broken the spirit of pretty much any other player and won that game.

I don't get darts as a sport.

Everything is constant all the way through (assuming you use the same weight darts every time).

I can't think of any other 'sports' where that is the case - indoor athletics has set parameters but is far more physical.

Typical reply.

I enjoyed watching the final - the crowd was brilliant and I'd love to go to an event like that, just pointed out that everything is constant.

We have a dartboard in our back room & i play most days with my 18 year old son, first to 5-501 , i find it a great way to spend time & have a beer with my teenage son without paying stupid pub prices & having to look over your shoulder all night . It,s really cheap to set up , you don't have to worry about the weather either , darts is coming back in a big way ,

Anyone watching the Premier League on Sky right now?

It's in Glasgow this week and Lewis, the poor bloke who has to play local favourite Anderson has had vegetables, beer and urine thrown at him frown

Ironically the crowd behaviour is affecting the Scotsman more than his opponent - he looks totally embarrassed.

Shocking wasn't it?

Darts isn't like this usually, I'd expect it in football but not darts. I hope it doesn't head this way. A bit of banter is fine but throwing coins and beer at a player is disgraceful. These few so called 'fans' should be darn right ashamed!

I'm glad to see Lewis kept on going though, never retaliated just paused and carried on. Anderson looked totally embarrassed. He was a good sport though and threw a leg for Lewis to get. Good sportsmanship.

I hope the PDC think twice before going back to Scotland (or specifically Glasgow) again next year.

For shame. mad

Totally agree! Anderson looked very embarrassed & fair play to him. Although I have to say, my hat goes off to Lewis. To come back from 3 down in that atmosphere took some bottle!

The thing is, like Taylor, Lewis probably thought, f**k you lot, you're not getting to me, and they just made him more determined to beat Anderson, which incidentaly i think he would have done even if Gary hadnt thrown the leg
