I was just thinking that - no over acting from challenges either. They just get clattered, quickly pick themselves up and carry on, instead of lying there in apparent agony.

I am sure they will have learnt how to do it properly by the end of the tournament though.


As an aside, what happens to the team if they lose any of their games - taken away and quietly shot when they return home?

I was wondering what would happen if say a defender gave away a stupid penalty in the last minute of the game to lose 1-0. It could make for an anxious flight home!

I personally think he meant it.

Look at his foot when he plays it, he's played it with the outside of his boot, and you couldn't play it like that if you were trying to cross it.
