Who are making up the North Korean fans? Would it be high level government officials?!

I wonder if they'll "win" the world cup when they get home.

I was just thinking that - no over acting from challenges either. They just get clattered, quickly pick themselves up and carry on, instead of lying there in apparent agony.

I am sure they will have learnt how to do it properly by the end of the tournament though.

As an aside, what happens to the team if they lose any of their games - taken away and quietly shot when they return home?

I was wondering what would happen if say a defender gave away a stupid penalty in the last minute of the game to lose 1-0. It could make for an anxious flight home!

Verdict - Maicon... st cross or ridiculously good finish?

For the record, I'd love to say he meant it, but i can't see it being anything other than a st cross!

I'm not a footie person, but I was at a barbie with some mates and they had the game on.

Although they lost, I though NK played a blinding game, and we all went mental when they scored!

I personally think he meant it.

Look at his foot when he plays it, he's played it with the outside of his boot, and you couldn't play it like that if you were trying to cross it.

IMO.

Never. In. A. Million. Years!

More of a speculative punt across the goal - he looks into the box just before he scores crosses!
