That is the way Gaelic Games has always been managed - although it STILL doesn't prevent controversial goal line decisions. They are called "Umpires".

I think the only reason they don't want the technology is that they get gossip inches, and things to fill the back of the newspapers. No discussion points, and they enjoy the arguments that will entail.
