Nasty - could have easily been a broken neck scenario. Large ban looming for that me thinks.

Incredible though - the guy just gets up and looks to pass ... and no-one goes berserk - they just get on with the game.

So much for soccer players to learn here ... they get th4e handbags out when someone *falls* over in the middle of the pitch ...

Not really, in most of the games I played a tackle like that would result in a punch up fairly quickly.

That was a bad one, you can some times forgive a reaction lunging arm if you have been wrong footed.
Not that one though ouch.
