Stair Climbers - if that is what they are called?

Looking to get a stair climber at home, I used to love using the below type but I am unsure if they are called stair climbers or if they have another name? I cant seem to find many for sale?

Nope, I want one like in the image, I found them ALOT more demanding than the normal stair climbers.

Last time I used one of these it was called an Alpine climber
