Gifts for a (left handed) Golfer?

I'm after some ideas on a gift for my brother. He plays quite a lot of Golf and has a set of left handed clubs already.
I've thought about getting him some form of "golf gadget" but would like it to be useful (rather than novelty) if possible, staying with the left handed theme would be good too. Any suggestions?
