Who's leaving, who's arriving?
Who do you want for your club?
Have you got any money?

What he said ^^^ though i fear the sacking of Roy won't come until nearer the end of the season if things carry on in which case he may well be given money to spend.

In which case i'd go for Simon Kjaer at Palermo for centre half, Bridge at city for left back, a new right winger (Ashley Young would be fantastic but unlikely) and a couple of strikers. Gervinho at lille has been rumoured and may be a decent signing.

No more Poulsen's or Konchesky's please woy!!! mad

TBH, while it would be a particularly sensible signing, I'd suggest that it isn't Wigan's most pressing problem, nor will it happen before at least one face moves on.
Like any side at the fag end of the premiership, you are either are tighter than a flea's mantlepiece statue of a duck's posterior, have craploads of money, have a goalscorer of some repute, don't care if you go down or realise that there are always worse.
