Elite Ice Hockey Playoff Final today SkySports4 at 4pm

Not sure how many are interested, but just a heads up to say that the Elite league ice hockey playoff final between Nottingham Panthers and Cardiff Devils is on today at 1600 on Sky Sports 4

If you've never seen an ice hockey game before, I hope you'll watch it as it's a fantastic sport, fast and very entertaining (although the UK is nowhere near the level of the NHL!!)

Used to enjoy the annual trip to Nottingham for the play-off weekend regardless of Manchester being there or not. Started to get a bit expensive with tickets, travel, hotels and beer.

Not been to a hockey game for a couple of years now, so will watch to see what the quality is like now in the Elite League.

I'd say that the quality of the Elite league is the best it has ever been but there's still a lot of difference between the top and bottom tier teams (top four and bottom four)

I'm not sure how this compares to the ISL days as sadly I only started watching three years ago.
