rear brake pads wear out much faster than front

My brand new rear brakes wore out after one trackday, the fronts are fine. Is there some type of brake balancing valve?

The stopping power on my brakes are not that good.

Actually the reverse is true on my 90. The fronts go out first. The only other case the rears wore out first was becasue the parking brake was sticking, if that is not the case on yours check the calipers so they are not sticking.
