Wanted Esprit Turbo Engine

Its been a while but I am back into Esprit ownership.
I am looking for an Esprit Turbo Engine HC if possible but LC will do. Has anyone got a set of Pistons and liners?

Douglas Valley has loads in stock buy they charge a fortune. They are performance car breakers. I was there today and saw at least 2 turbo engines from an 88+ turbo, one SE and other non SE. The SE was really smasshed up though. I think it was Dictys car who has now left the forum.
Other option is PNM Engineering or maybe Garry Kemp.

was tempted to go and have a look myself, but was warned at work (main lotus agents) of a the cost using new parts and the heart ache that the rebuild would entail.

No probs will post some pictures.
You would have to of been quick to buy her as the add was posted on Thursday night and I had agreed to buy it subject to inspecting the vehicle at 9.05 on the Friday morning. The TVR dealer selling it was snowed under with E mails by the Friday afternoon when I viewed her.
I dont think the repair is going to cost anywhere near 5k I may have just sourced a below 30,000 mile SE engine for reasonable money. The car itself looks like it has hardly been sat in, one owner until 2003.

Hi there, Just been speaking to a guy called Carl who is selling an S4 Engine complete with chargecooler and turbo on 020 7234 6659. apparenlty it's covered 37K miles.

I spoke to Karl but he wants £3000 for it. Hopefully I have sourced an engine for less than a third of his price.
