Turbo Tuners

Does anyone have recommendations for US/CAN companies that can rebuild and retrim the T3?

So far my choices are MJM, Turbonetics and TEC.

Also looking for a good source for Tiel WG and GReddy Type-S BOV. Thanks.. Jan 83ET

I have used all three, most recently with MJM and getting a new T04 from him. No problems at all, everything as advertised. His prices are good and I'd use him again.

Turbonetics and TEC are two companies that do VERY good work. I had my turbo rebuilt and upgraded to a .60 trim wheel and they charged me $450 at Turbonetics.

You might also try Majestic Turbo in Dallas, TX. I had my T3 totally rebuilt in April. They charged $250.00 AND had a one day turn around time!

I just had mine rebuilt by Majestic Turbo in Dallas. They indicated there was quite a bit of repair work needed, but the bill was only $450 per their quote upfront. My dealer sent the turbo to them, and Mike dealt with me directly so there was no middleman getting a cut. I can't comment on the quality of the work as I only put 4 miles on the car when I got it out of the shop due to a problem overlooked by the dealer.

I'd have to rate the quality as a 10 as the turbo opperates perfectly at this point and they re-balanced the bades, replaced all the internal parts, external bolts, and it came back gun mettal grey not the rusty color I sent it in with. The local shop did about half this job an a friends T4 and charged $450.00.

Anyway, i was happy with the work, price, and turn around time...
