On Saturday I tried a 0-60 and on to 0-100 run with one of those accelerometers fitted to my car. Pretty impressive figures as I only got one shot at it, even if I do say so myself !

0-60 : 4.71 seconds
0-100 : 10.2 seconds
standing 1/4 miles : 13.2 seconds @ 110 mpg

If you want a look, it's on

It's about 5meg of download.

Good run... using a Gtech, I posted:

0-60 4.6
0-100 9.7
1/4 mile 12.4 @ 116 mph

only changes were air filter, ITG Profilter.

Zooming in on the graphs, shifts were consistent at 350 ms per.

4.7 to sixty is spot on to the factory figures.
Standing qtr mile is also almost exactly as per the factory numbers: 13.0sec/109mph

Nice clip. Do you think you could have gone quicker with a few practices?

I think the only way to get any faster is to vary the launch. I started at about 3000rpm and it got of th eline well, but maybe a bit higher, but then maybe I would have got too much wheel spin. Also changing up at different revs may have made a difference. I changed at 45mph into second, which was maybe a bit late and the shift was a bit slow.

Im sure a Sport 350 could be quicker than that, but for a first time thats an excellent time in my opinion.

The launch looked perfect too, minimal wheel spin and you took off down that straight FAST!!!
