Still problems with the bypass valve.

I know this was discussed a while back, but I was wondering if anyone has found a solution yet. After the engine gets warmed up on hot days, especially in traffic, my baypass valve stops working. After awhile at speed with the engine bay getting more air and cooling off, it starts working again. I took it apart and double checked everything and it is like it should be. Also, I have it on the weakest setting. Meaning the lightest bit of pressure with no throttle and it opens. By the way, it is the Moto-Concept type.
