Well, imagine my surprise when I spotted a Noble M12 GTO today in downtown Boca Raton. I got alongside (in my Benz, not the Esprit) but he couldn't really chat as the window was stuck and opening the door seemed to be a problem as well. But a nice looking car overall... would like a closer look at some point.

Kevin,

Isn't the Noble a track only car that the feds will take if they find it on the street?

Hi guys.. greetings from Budapest. No, the Noble is sold by 1G racing here in the US as a complete car sans engine/gearbox which is a 3.0-liter Ford Taurus engine. While I didn't get a chance to really have a chat with the owner, he had it registered. Apparently you can buy the modified (ie, twin-turbo version) engine setup and either install it yourself (hoses, wiring, mounts, etc. all ready to accept it) or have someone else do it. For more info, visit www.1gracing.com. Price is ~ $56K for the car plus whatever you source the drivetrain for.

I had five hot laps as a passenger in this baby round a race track last Sunday, was an amazing ride. It just sticks so well to the track and you really feel the power as your head gets smacked against the head rest. The sound from in the cabin at full noise is really nice considering the size of the motor

Very true.... and I've leaving for South Africa later today.... go figure. Still hoping that all is well back home as my 3 children and their Mom are in Boca Raton so my concern is obvious.

Hope all are safe back in the Florida state and that damage is minimal. Also be sure to put the Esprits in a safe place.
