Ramspott und Brandt

I was looking into getting a couple of things on my S4s looked at by Moto-Concept in Wiesbaden, Germany but they have replied that they no longer do servicing and that I should contact Ramspott und Brandt, also in Wiesbaden.
Can anyone recommend them? Please email me off-forum if you've got something bad to say to stay in line with Ted's "name & shame" policy!

I think they are one of best Esprit servicepoints you can find in Germany. They have esprits themselves and know about all problems an Esprit could have. Mine is serviced there.

Thanks Volkhard, certainly my first impressions are good... They replied to my initial enquiry email quickly with their labour prices up front and a rough estimate as to the initial time required to look at want I want done.
