New Motor!

I've finally got round to posting this. I recently bought an S4s in Red about 4 weeks ago. Hadn't really had that much time to even drive it. Today was the first time I've really gone for a spin in it. Drives great. Already done the Ram Air Conversion and it already had a K&N and DV fitted. It's in excellent condition with only 45K and FLSH.
I took some pics hoping to send them LEW for their next year's calender only to find I was too late. Here's some pics anyway

Thanks for the nice words. The only shame is that I can't seem to bond with it. I've had it for a month now and only driven it 3 times for short distances.
Because I modyified my last car, maybe I should have bought an S4 and not the S4s. I don't want to change the S4s as it will affect it's value IMO.
Weather hasn't been that great around here, so maybe that is the explanation...

I don't like you superdave!!! It looks cracking, I'm thinking of buying the same car, I've found one same colour with grey leather with 31k miles. I'm just worried that if I do get one, I'll end up killing myself in it, what a way to go though.....

Dave, The S4S looks fantastic.
Cannot believe you have not bonded with it, then again you put so much into the last Esprit perhaps a few mods are warranted just for that personal touch !!!!

Hi Hamish, going to put one of my carbon fibre roofs in which is quite subtle. Also replacing all the interior lights including both boots with LED equivalent bulbs. Having slotted discs made up by PNM this week.
That should keep me happy for a bit.

Haven't got any interior shots yet but it's charcoal leather. I have my GT3 seats to put in at a later date.
I haven't cleaned the interior out yet so can't take any pics yet until I get round to it.

Are you going to replace all the bulbs with Leds? 14 in all i think (plus interior ones),if so how much do you reckon on it being? Has yours got the standard exhaust system or after market?

Now that sounds more like it. I will be starting the brakes/suspension upgrades over the winter subject to recovery of finances from my recent wedding, fortunately Suzanne is a tolerant lady and an Esprit fan. Still need to get the pictures of the CF roof done, (thanks again for that) but in the meantime I now have some shots of the Esprit on LEW.

I have a fantastic 1990 turbo which the PO worshipped and spent many hours making her what she is today, in mustard yellow, composite roof, lots of mods a real beauty, has just had a new cylinder head gasket fitted and timing belt, maybe we can do a P/X... only kidding, its a beaut Dave stunning, Ill have one of those next.
