What's it worth?
Discussion
A difficult one to answer. I've seen one carb turbo with low miles at a dealer up for £16750 but it will never sell for that price.
Carb turbos tend to go for about £8-11K. I know is unique with such low mileage but people will tend to go for Se's or S4 if you put your price too high. I recently sold a 95 S4 with 47K and FHS for £13.5K. Also this is the worst time of year to sell.
I've also seen quite a few Se's and carb turbos up for £10-11K and they still haven't sold. Market is dead at the moment.
Sorry, I haven't really answered your question, I'd say advertis it for £12K and then review it if it doesn't sell.

I wish you had sold it to me. Better yet, I wish you had sold it to me, that I had room for it in the garage and that the wife wouldn't respond with the words "You did WHAT???"

My brother in law has barely spoken to me since it went.
The Griffith that replaced it was a huge disappointment and lasted all of 5 months.
Where do I go from here?
Cheers

I'd have swapped that Griff for both my cars...

Pat,
Why the hell did you sell that gorgeous car !!!
Nearly three years later I was offered £14,800 from a chap who sent me an e-mail and asked if he could buy it.
At the time I thought it was too good an offer to turn down.
I suppose I did pretty well, but I am now considering spending twice that sum for an old Italian car that won't do anything that the Esprit couldn't do with just as much style....
