My 93 has stopped going through the proper warm-up sequence when I cold start it. Now it just fires up and sits at an idle of 1 - 1.1K RPMs.

And this morning it immediately stalled twice at startup, until on the 3rd try I blipped the throttle to 1K and it was fine for the rest of the drive.

Any thoughts on why she's stopped going through the proper warm-up?

Do you mean it's not revving up to 2k or so? That's completely temperature dependent. Too cool or too warm out and it doesn't do it. The details are on KFM's site.

One step ahead of you. Thanks for reminding me though. For some wierd reason (well, the reason is probably concussion related brain damage) over time I had forgotten what the warm up sequence was for, and became convinced it was a neccessary warm up for the good of the car.

I just read the explanation on Karl's site, and reminded myself that it's an emissions regulation thing. Thanks for the swift kick in the pants tho...always need it.
