I just purchased mine in South Carolina a month ago from a private seller. It was in excellent condition with no mods other than the stereo. I paid $26,500 and had it appraised which was at $32,000.

There are 2 S4's in Hemmings motor news. Yellow & Blue I beleive which are both advertised in the $30-35K range. I forget the miles on them
