Hi there, I was told that you have to either take your door off or you might just be able to get to it from the inside but don't quote me on this. I bought mine in December with the ariel not working. I went round to my local Lotus garage and he said it was a pain to get to. I was very lucky as apparently it hadn't been working for over a year and I managed to fix it, loose wire behind the stereo!!

If you peel the side wall carpet back you can take a look at it. It is a pain to get out.
