Does Moto-Concept accept returns?

I have had no help at all after returning a clutch. After weeks of no return e-mails from both the company and Marcus (who used to be perfect at it) how do I get back my $650 when I do not speak German? I already paid the credit card bill. My credit card company says the vendor must do it, they cannot.

By law, you have 30 days to dispute any charges on your card. Phone calls will not do it. You have to WRITE to your card company and they are obligated to remove the charge while they investigate. Be sure to incude any shipping information for the returned product...
