Lotus Esprit "Challenge Stradale"

Ok, so don't flame me for this.. but i love the stripe on that new fiat challenge stradale thingie. I thought "got to get me one of those there stripes for the lotus"



So, fifty notes with the sign writer shop at the end of my street and bob is indeed my uncle.




Apparently the pukka ferrari one costs £3,500. Thats just for the stripe, you have to pay extra for the car.

What do you think! Now all i need is some BBS challenge wheels, big brakes and a 425 bhp chip from marcus..

ps - my stripe is a patriotic red white and blue, whereas the stradale is green white and blue like an italian flag. Oh, and it covers up several really nasty stone chips too

Doesnt look too bad, But I would have made it start from wrapping arounf the front bumper instead of having it circular in the front, do you know what I mean?

Rob where does the stripe end at the back? All the way to the bottom spoiler? Looks great but I want to see what it looks like on the engine lid and down the back....please please post another pic.

Hi Kylie - the stripe is on the bonnet and across the roof but doesn't go across the engine cover.. I originally thought it wouldn't work very well with the two cooing vents, but its actually narrow enough to fit between them... maybe i'll get the rest of it done now (your not the first to mention it!)

Only took two crap pics, sorry. Will post some more for you at some point



LotusACBC and Chris - the stripe starts on the bonnet 'cos that's what the 360 stradale stripe does!

Looks great !!! I like those stripes.

About the 425HP chip ... in the future you can choose between 3 different ones. (HT, variable 350-450HP, fixed 440HP)
