trying to fix my power steering rack

Finally got around to pulling the rack and assessing for damage:

1. No leaks (thank god)
2. No play in the steering

So the rack is fine internally.. now for the ugly stuff

3. Both mounts severely cracked... can cast aluminum be welded?
4. Left side inner tie rod completely shot. Its bent both at the outer end and where it meets the inner ball joint.. and the ball joint itself is about 90% destroyed.
5. Left side rubber boot "gaiter" torn.

Now I know that this is a GM made rack... someone out there has to know which GM inner tie rod I can swap in and not have to blow $1800 on a new rack. If anyone has a damaged rack with a good left side inner tie rod puhleeeeze let me know. It has to be a power rack though as the non-ps rack is completely different.
