Can someone advise me if I am allowed to use any of these toyo tires from the attached specifications. I really want to replace my Bridgstone Potenzas with these but not having much luck. There are some close variations but I dont want to upset the recommended handling etc etc.
I have 15 215/50 on the front and 16 245/50 on the rear.

I just took a set of mismatched goodyears off my 91SE. They were 225/50-15 & 255/50-16.
They seemed pretty good until I put on a set of Dunlop Sport9000's in the original Lotus recommended sizes - 215/50-15 & 245/50-16. The Sport9000 was the ONLY performance tire I could find that had both front and rear sizes. The steering is much lighter and the overall handling seems crisper.

I had considered the TOYO RA1 in 225 and 255 sizes. These would be fabulous on the track but I don't think they would be very good in the wet.

Hi,

I've got Toyo Proxes on my GT3.

I managed to get the same sizes as standard. Mine are a 17 inch though i think. I believe they are making new sizes all the time.

I find them a better tyre that the Pontenza So3 and Goodyear F1s.

Have a word wiyh the importer to your country and see what plans thy have.

Thanks, I emailed the importer as you suggested, so now I am on the big wait. Yeah I dont really want mismatch the tryes too much. And I certainly dont want to sell the rims to get bigger ones either at this stage.
Cheers
