They do have them. But I don't know if you can still get them. My car (90 SE)came with dual markings (kph/mph) on the face plate. When my speedo was in the shop being re-calibriated I took a close look at the face. It was just a thin piece of plastic held flat by 2 small screws. Other than that the only thing else that needed to be removed was the knob for the trip reset (easy) and the speed indicator from the movement.

The shop I went to specializes in older VDO and Smiths gauges and they had a bunch of different replacement faces, I didn't need one but they had a small stack of them for different speedometers.

I would say take your car to one of the local speedo shops and have a new face piece fitted. Most speedo shops will require you to have the speedo out of the car for them to work on it.
