My passenger side windows does not go up or down, it use to then it would only do this after banging the door at the front bottom edge.

I've checked the motor and switches these are all ok. Also fuses in front fuse box ok. is there a relay hidden somewhere or a connection box they may have come adrift.

I had a similar problem with my SE when I purchases it. Aside from a problem with the switch itself, I also found that a bolt that secures the rear window channel to the door frame had come lose, and was obstructing the window travel within the channel. The inner panels are easy to remove and reinstall. Plus espritfactfile.com has some good "how to" information (or links to information) on door panel removal.

Mine used to do that, I had to rap the motor with a screw driver handle with a light tap.
I lubed the motor by removing the set screw and it is alright now.

I recently had similar problems. I removed the door panel and removed the 2 relays, opened them up, and used a small piece of sandpaper to clean the contacts. No problems since. The only reason I didn't just replace the relays was because I couldn't find the right kind at the local auto parts store. However, from what I understand older models don't use the relays, but instead send the full amperage through the switches, which causes them to arc and build up carbon on the contacts and stop working.
