i have the chance to buy a low mileage cared for sport 300. Has anyone actually driven one here ? Ive driven an s4s and owned an s4 ... just tyring to guagae what the drive will be like, how expensive it'll be to run and what sort of money i should be paying ?

I don't think there is a set price for these things, I've seen the same car for £19,500 and £29,000, as there was only 64 made is is worth as much as you are willing to pay.

The s300 is a more extreme version of the S4s, not much quicker but rated as one of the best handling cars ever made, speak to any road tester they will say the same. Running costs a little higher than the S4s.

just my 2p worth.

Sports 300 - IMHO best Lotus ever made - drove a mates - fantazadozee.. I had a GT3 at the time - lusted after one ever since...

Is there that much of an obvious difference between them? For instance, lets say someone drives an S4S, and then drives an S300, will they know the difference?
Just wondering since I never driven a Lotus... period

It is the "Esprit" as far as I'm concerned, if a little mental for day to day use.
