Derrick Walker/CART Owner

Really a good article in this months "Racer" magazine (October Issue) about Derrick Walker who worked for Bernie Ecclestone (at Brabham), Porsche, and Roger Penske before running/owning his own CART team.

Derrick has a weak spot for Lotus cars and owns a "beloved" Lotus Esprit V8! He also has a "project" 7 in the garage

I thought it was kind of cool that a guy like that owned an Esprit...

Too bad they called it an Elite! He also has the first JPS Europa. Walker's marketing director has a beautiful white '93.5 Esprit and just recently acquired an Exige...
