Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have just had a quotation for my policy renewal come through and note the price to have gone up again!

I am running a 1990 Turbo SE and the premium has gone up from £319 to £390 this year for 3000 limited miles.

I am also running an old volvo 480 ('89) just to get me up and back to work (£460 per year 3rd party).

Two Questions:
1. Can anybody suggest some competitive insurance companies for classic car insurance.
2. Can anybody suggest someone who would be willing to combine both my policies, so i can save some money.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yeah mine's due next month and Iam going to try classicline. If they are around the right ball park then I will use them. Currently with Footman James at the mo but they've added all sorts of extras to my policy which has gone up.
Also I believe that classicline don't mind modifications of classic cars so I'll be ok there and I've played with mine a bit.

Sureterm Direct....under 300 squid...mind we have some discount as we also insure our sylva pheonix with them - both on 3000 miles limeted miles.

ps...anyone here driven a sylva too...comparisons?

thanks for the replies everybody. dictys put me onto espritworld. i rang classic line and they have quoted me about £215, i can't believe it!

i just need to check the small print. when i rang footman back the best they said they could do was £320.

anybody got anything further to add?

Oh with the volvo it needs to be 15 years old to combine the policies.
