Does anyone know where I can get a new windshield wiper motor for a '90SE -OR- a rebuild kit? Mine no-longer works due to stripped gear.

You can get it from the usual sources like JAE, RD or Sj sports car. There is also a place that has a ad in Hemmings under parts that sell re-manufactured motors and it lists wiper motors for Lotus.
