I can get a good price on GT Radials (1/3 of Pirelli).

Has anyone used them. Comments?

About three pages back,i've a thread starting "G-car tyres...".
I saw this guy with a red S3 at stoneleigh,on original BBS rims, with 295 rears.
Are these the ones you have been quoted for?,
I loved the look of them, but would like to know how safe they are,a while ago there was a jaguar XJS tyre that would fit the BBS,and was goodyear, but was said to be 'unsafe'.
I would LOVE 295's without having to fork out for new wheels!.

I drive past the GT Radials shop everyday going to work, I should pop in and see what they have for interests sake. What model tyre are you looking at?

I'm not sure what the model of the tyre was.
The sizes I am looking for are for 15inch rims 50 profile with 225 on the front (hard enough without PAS) and 245 on the rear.

To make it clear what brand I am talking about here is a relevant website

www.tyres4u.co.nz/gtradials/

At this stage I haven't found a site for the company itself.

Found the company's website.

www.gtradial.com.au/

The tyre model is Champiro 225/50R15

www.gtradial.com.au/passenger_02.html

No 245 listed, however I only need front as rears are near new.

The price I was quoted was $NZ189 (63GBP)
