Question about wires behind stereo pod

My 90 SE car stereo was stolen a few days back, I looked back where the stereo use to be I noticed two wires with sq. white plugs they were unpluged and they were not from the stereo, I dont know what they are or were to plug them they do not plug into each other and it does not look like they plug into the heater because they are to short and the heater wires are all there, does anyone know what these wires are and where they go thank you.
There are some unused connectors on the harness.
Have you checked all the connections.
Could be the either the power lead for the antenna or the contact closure that retracts aand extends the antenna. Do you have a toner or access to one?
A toner will induce a signal on the line and a probe with a speaker will detect the tone to ID the line.
As I recall there are one or two connections in the ECU area in the rear that also have nothing attached.
Got a picture of the connector and color of the wire?
