Upgrade 2001 Esprit to 2003/2004 spec

I have a 2001 Esprit and would like to upgrade the car to 2003/2004 spec [I do not care to upgrade the tail lights]. Does anyone have any idea where to purchase/part numbers for the following pieces in the US? If anyone has done this upgrade, was it difficult to do?

1. Factory Lotus Aluminum brake handle

2. Aluminum “Dash Rings” (surround the 7 buttons [head lights, fog lights, rear defog, etc.] on the dash

3. Heater Control knobs – 2004 spec has Aluminum knobs

4. Factory Door Sills

5. “Esprit” decal for rear deck lid
