As this is only my second time of using the Forum, I'd just like to say a big thanks to all who helped me with my S4 idling problem. I was suprised by the response I got and am some way into solving the problem at last!
Well, I've got another one for all you Esprit boys (and girls) out there! I want to book the car in for a rolling road tune at a local garage, but have been told that I'm not going to gain anything from this due to all controls being in the hands of the ECU. Is this the case and am I about to part with hard-earned cash for nothing?!?

Hi,

A dyno test on an ECU controlled car is pretty much just a snapshot, not a lot of adjustment available. Personally, I'd keep the money to put to use on other toys/improvements. Happy Motoring!...Jim'85TE

Cheers Jim. I'd best get saving for that next insurance premium.
