What PSI is your BOV set at?
Discussion
This is not really the answer you're looking for but I bought a fully adjustable one. I set mine to the minimum. Don't forget it's the vacuum created and not the pressure that opens the BOV.
All it means that you hear the whooshing noise more because even at low boost and you take your foot off the gas, it opens. If however you don't like this noise and you only want to protect your turbo when you floor it, then take it up by the 2PSI incriments until you are happy. 14.7PSI = 1BAR just incase you didn't know.
Hope this helps.

The initial setting is 12 on the first click and will drop to about 10 after it breaks in and loosens up. at that time if you wish to maintain 12 take it up a 1/2 to 1 full click. I run mine 1 1/2 rotation from the lowest setting as I have had it for a while and I did not want it going off when I lift off at low speeds with minimal boost.
BTW Samco is just the name of the T hose and not the BOV.
