I bashed it up a bit a few weeks back due to a bit of arse out off a round about action!!!
But its back to former glory now ive repaired and painted it (probley the only thing good about working in a bodyshop).
But not perfect??!!
I put my new V8 tailgate on yesterday but it is not painted yet, so my lotus is now red and silver!
Oh! and if anyone was planning on retro fitting one of these tailgates to a early glass tailgate car you need to re-position the struts and line up the two latches before closing, which I did and now it wont open LOL.
It will all be sorted for the meet this month....which reminds me, where and when is it again?
