Commemorative Edition Plaque

In the 1988 Commemorative Edition Esprit there is a small plaque on the right side dash. I contacted Lotus USA for a replacement, as it has been missing since delivery and the original owner never had it replaced, but Lotus was of little help. Anyone out there with one willing to take a photo so I can make a copy?
