Hello all,
I am the prowd new owner of a rather shagged S1 'project car'.
There are a fair few parts missing, the prices of dealer parts seem high, anybody got any alternatives (donor cars etc) which might help:
Bonnet Hinges,
Trim for windows,
L O T U S letters for boot.
Side lights/indicator repeaters.
Window switches.
Wiper arm.
Four halogen headlamps.
Front and rear wheel nuts (four of each).
A full black interior (minus the seats).
I also need to sort out the pop-up on the headlamps, mine has a gingle motor - any suggestions on either a second motor or a suitable car I can pinch a motor from (mx5...etc.)
Many thanks,
Steve.

Me and my brother are currently doing a project S1. Recently did the pop-up lamps. We copied the dimensions from my S2 and used a pair of motors from a honda prelude and ball joints from a Isuzu lift mech. Initially considered using the single lift motor of the Isuzu but the twin motors is easier.
