Whats everyones idle like ??? Im just wondering bec mine seems a bit rough, but I havnt owned a Lotus before so Im wondering if this is somewhat normal. For example the car has a LITTLE bit of a shake, its not like a Corvette where you cant tell its running when its on. Thanks!

Yup, sounds about right... the V8 is a single-plane or flat-crank design, like a pair of 4-cylinder engines strapped together at 90 degrees. The end result is it vibrates more than your typical V8 designs which are two-plane cranks.

As for idle, spec is 850 RPM and they usually drop to that after a bit. Note that if you are moving arond 2MPH or more, the ECM (which uses the left rear ABS sensor for speed) will switch out of idle mode and the RPMs will kick up. Once at a dead stop again, the ECM will go back idle circuit and the RPMs will return to idle. Do not consider the tach to be highly accurate at this low RPM range... it will tend to read high but using a scan tool will verify the 850 RPM idle.

Also.....

Mine used to idel a bit rougher, and this may be my imagination, but after the High-Torque upgrade from LCU, it seemed to smooth out a bit...
